My Expertise
Digital Marketing
In my digital marketing work, I focus on building campaigns that are rooted in strategy and driven by results—whether that means increasing engagement, optimizing content, or improving user acquisition. I’ve managed comprehensive marketing plans across web, email, and social platforms, often wearing multiple hats to align brand voice with analytics and performance goals. My background in event management has also sharpened my project management skills, giving me hands-on experience coordinating complex timelines, cross-functional teams, and high-impact deliverables under tight deadlines—all with an eye toward creating seamless, engaging user experiences.
Website Design
I approach every design challenge with a deep commitment to understanding the people I’m designing for. My expertise in user experience lies in blending research, accessibility, and inclusive design to create intuitive, engaging digital experiences. I thrive in collaborative environments where I can test ideas, gather feedback, and iterate to ensure the final product truly resonates with users. Whether I’m redesigning a large institutional website or building a new tool from the ground up, I focus on crafting thoughtful, user-centered solutions that drive meaningful impact.

UMB Website
This project began with a mission: to make the University of Maryland, Baltimore’s website a more inclusive and accessible space for all users. Through research, collaboration, and thoughtful design, my team and I led a comprehensive redesign focused on usability, accessibility standards, and creating a digital experience that reflects the university’s diverse community.
Trekker
This project began with a question of possibility: How might we use design to make financial tools more accessible for refugees starting over in a new country?
Rooted in empathy and iteration, I developed a budgeting application tailored to the unique needs of resettled individuals, offering simplicity, clarity, and cultural sensitivity to help them navigate the complexities of life in the U.S.
Neurodivergency
Inspired by the everyday challenges families face when supporting children with ADHD, this project began with a simple question: How can we create calm amidst chaos?
My team and I designed a mobile app with two sensory-sensitive modes—sound and visual—tailored to help kids feel more grounded during errands, chores, and outings. This tool for connection is designed to turn overwhelming into empowerment for both children and their caregivers.
